This website is presented under the public name of Dr. Vaddadi Ravikumar. Business activities such as fees, receipts, and UPI / bank transfers are processed through Vindhya Fortune Consultancy (the "Firm"). In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean Dr. Ravikumar and the Firm. By using the site and related services you agree to these Terms. We may amend them by posting an updated version; continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. Description of services

We provide astrology-related content, free tools (such as a Kundli generator), consultation inquiries, appointment scheduling, and reports. Some features require birth or contact details. Third-party tools (for example calendar or messaging) may be used to deliver parts of the service.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts. Use by minors (generally under 18) is not permitted. Do not use the services if you are prohibited by applicable law.

3. Nature of astrology - important notice

Astrological guidance is interpretive and for informational / entertainment purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Seek qualified professionals for important decisions. Automated tools give general guidance only; a live consultation may differ.

4. Accurate information

Chart and report quality depend on the birth date, time, and place you provide. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect data you submit.

5. Payments and appointments

Published fees are indicative; the final fee is confirmed by a representative. Pay only after speaking with a representative. Payments are offline via UPI or bank transfer, typically in the name of Vindhya Fortune Consultancy. Save and share your receipt / transaction ID and payment mode with the representative so we can verify payment and enable your appointment. Refunds, if any, are communicated before you pay and are at the astrologer's discretion.

6. Conduct

Your right to use the services is personal. Do not use the site for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or interference with networks or other users. Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, reports, and tools are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. No warranty

Services are provided "as is" and with all faults. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or particular outcomes from readings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the site or services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or ₹0 if none).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue services or refuse access if we cannot verify information you provide, or if we believe your conduct creates legal risk or violates these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
