This website is presented under the public name of Dr. Vaddadi Ravikumar. Business activities such as invoices, UPI / bank payments, and accounting are processed through Vindhya Fortune Consultancy (the "Firm"). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Dr. Ravikumar and the Firm together. We take the privacy of information you provide seriously. Please read this carefully.
• We treat client identity, birth details, and forecasts made from those details as confidential, within legal, regulatory, and security constraints.
• We do not make direct or indirect commercial use of prediction content except to deliver charts, reports, and consultations back to you.
• You may request correction of contact or profile details via the channels below.
• We do not sell or rent your personally identifiable information.
As services evolve we may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acknowledgment of the then-current policy.
1. What personal information we collect
a. Inquiry / registration data
For consultations or portal use we may collect your name, phone, email, optional gender, birth date, time and place, and related notes. This is used to calculate charts and to communicate with you. You may browse without providing personal data, but we cannot deliver personalised reports or appointments without it.
b. Log files, IP address and cookies
We (and infrastructure providers) may collect IP address, browser type, language preference, and usage metrics to operate the site, improve performance, diagnose issues, and understand aggregate traffic. This is generally not used to identify you personally.
c. Order / payment-related information
Fees are confirmed by a representative. Payments are offline (UPI or bank transfer), typically in the name of Vindhya Fortune Consultancy. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Receipt screenshots, transaction IDs, and payment mode that you share are used only to verify payment and enable your appointment.
d. Other correspondence
Information you send by WhatsApp or email is used to address your specific request and is not ordinarily merged into a public profile.
2. Security
We follow reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access. No website can eliminate all risk. Card payment data is not stored on our servers.
3. How to request correction or deletion
Email or WhatsApp us using the contacts in the site footer to request correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal or accounting retention duties.
4. Other websites
Our site may link to third-party sites (for example calendar or social networks). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
